Providing a high level of customer service is pivotal to their Managed Services offerings, so the successful candidate will be a strong communicator via email, phone, and in person with a person-centred approach.

Essential Requirements:
* Experience in a 2nd line support capacity (telephone, email, etc.)
* Office 365 / Azure
* Active Directory
* Exchange
* Networking - DNS, Firewalls, Routers
* Customer-focused
Desired Skills:
* Certifications - MCITP, CompTIA, Network+
* Experience in an MSP environment
* Telco exposure
