Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth and compliant kitchen service:
Run your own section confidently within a school kitchen
Deliver high-quality food in an efficient and organised manner
Maintain Food Safety and Health & Safety standards at all times
Support with food prep, temperature records and light documentation
Assist with ordering and sensible cost control
Help with menu ideas and stock management
Support inventory checks and safeguard company assets
Report any safety concerns immediately
What we're looking for:
We're seeking a reliable and professional Chef de Partie who can hit the ground running:
MUST hold an Enhanced DBS
Previous experience running a section (ideal background as a Chef de Partie)
Strong understanding of food safety compliance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available for relief shifts across Canvey Island and surrounding areas including Southend-on-Sea
