You must have drive and desire to succeed whilst growing and developing your network of clients and candidates based from our centrally located Cambridge Office.\n\nOur long-established branch based in Cambridge has a highly experienced team who recruit for many specialist areas, including Technical and Engineering, Driving, Industrial, Commercial, Health and Social Care and Finance.

You would be working with some of the best the local area has to offer, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop the business in a supportive and friendly environment.\n\nWhat's on Offer?\n\nCompany Car or Car Allowance\n\nMarket leading uncapped commission structure - monthly bonuses plus other incentives based on performance\n\nParking space paid for by Interaction in the city centre that you can also use on evenings and weekends!\n\nHelp to Buy Scheme (First time buyers) after qualifying period\n\nCareer pathway and excellent training\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nThis is a sales role - you will Identify, follow up and convert leads to generate new business\n\nHave excellent negotiation skills to increase revenue\n\nCarry out canvassing in order to find our fantastic candidates their next role\n\nThe role will include telemarketing, market research, e-mail shots, visiting clients\n\nBe a relationship builder to strengthen lasting client relationships\n\nManaging the full 360 recruitment cycle\n\nMeeting weekly and monthly KPI's\n\nManage and maintain candidate's\n\nGuiding candidates through the process of their application\n\nPosting jobs ads, CV screening\n\nSkills/Experience Required:\n\nPrevious experience in a sales/business development role is essential, combined with a real hunger to succeed\n\nYou may already be a consultant looking for an opportunity for personal growth\n\nThe ambition to drive the business upwards in a positive manner - be results orientated\n\nHave excellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to work to tight deadlines\n\nFull driving licence would be essential\n\nIf you are interested we would like to hear from you, please either click apply now or feel free to call Jean Lenton on (phone number removed) for a confidential chat\n\nINDCMB
