Overview
Are you looking to build a career in education and gain a Level 3 qualification working with children? We are pleased to offer an apprentice vacancy to work towards a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. This is a fixed term training placement, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday during term time.
Salary and training
Salary: £6.40 per hour, based on the apprentice/national minimum wage (will increase in second year, if over the age of 18 years). The training will be work based and therefore will not require attendance at a college. There will be regular opportunities to meet with the training provider throughout the duration of the placement.

All applicants must show a commitment to maintaining high standards and ensuring all children make good progress by providing a stimulating, safe, secure and nurturing environment.
Apprentice profile
* Has GCSEs Grades 9-4/A* to C, or equivalent, in English and Mathematics

Recruitment checks
In line with KCSIE guidelines, we use internet searches to perform pre-employment checks on candidates as part of the recruitment process.
