We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Production Administrator to support daily manufacturing operations across at our Cheese & Cheese snacking production facility in Portadown. You’ll play a key role in workforce planning, record keeping in various systems and ensuring clear communication across the site team. This is full-time fixed term contract. Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 What will I be doing? In the role of Production Administrator you will: Support workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate and compliant record-keeping Produce labour reporting to support production performance and planning Coordinate communications across the site, linking Production, HR, Planning, and external agencies Help maintain smooth day-to-day coordination to keep operations running efficiently What do I need to be successful? Full training will be given and we are ideally for someone with the following skills, experience and behaviours. Strong communication skills (written and verbal Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and keep accurate records Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and confidence learning new systems Strong attention to detail A collaborative mindset and willingness to support Production, HR, and Planning with day-to-day coordination Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and follow site procedures Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities What will I get in return?
