We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Production Administrator to support daily manufacturing operations across at our Cheese & Cheese snacking production facility in Portadown. You’ll play a key role in workforce planning, record keeping in various systems and ensuring clear communication across the site team. This is full-time fixed term contract. Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 What will I be doing? In the role of Production Administrator you will: Support workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate and compliant record-keeping Produce labour reporting to support production performance and planning Coordinate communications across the site, linking Production, HR, Planning, and external agencies Help maintain smooth day-to-day coordination to keep operations running efficiently What do I need to be successful?
