The Recruitment Researcher plays a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing critical talent for the business. They provide both tactical and strategic support to the recruitment team and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. Reporting to the manager, they act as a central point of contact for the Recruitment Leads and collaborate with Hiring Managers, Candidates, and other internal departments to develop talent pipelines and communities that support company objectives.
Key responsibilities include conducting proactive sourcing for open roles, headhunting, pre-screening candidates, and building talent pipelines aligned with strategic goals. The role involves creating talent communities to ensure the business can meet future talent needs.

The Resourcing and Talent team, part of People Group, is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting key talent across all business areas, including executive levels. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the team emphasizes attention to detail and strategic insights, working closely with Recruitment Marketing, HR Business Partners, and People Operations. They utilize systems like Workday, Outlook, and Teams.
Activities
1. Work with recruitment teams and Hiring Managers to understand business needs and build positive relationships across units.
2. Maintain a database of potential candidates and prioritize critical roles.
3. Create talent maps and proactively build candidate communities through research and targeted outreach.
4. Conduct market research via LinkedIn, databases, social media, and networking to identify candidates.
5. Expand and update candidate pools regularly.
6. Engage with talent communities through personalized communication and marketing activities.
7. Represent the company's brand, delivering a positive candidate experience.
8. Assist in developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent and meet ED&I targets.
9. Pre-screen candidates, write candidate profiles, and manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
10. Provide updates and reports on sourcing activities, identifying improvements and risks.
11. Stay informed on industry and sector trends for strategic insights.
12. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and data privacy policies.
13. Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
