*We are looking for a Registered Manager for a single occupancy home, based in Newton Abbot.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy, who is ready for their next step.
· A level 5 diploma in Leadership and management for residential care (or equivalent) or be working towards it.
· A deep understanding of safeguarding, children’s legislation and regulatory frameworks.
· The resilience and emotional intelligence to manage complex situations calmly and compassionately.
· A track record of building strong, trusting relationships with staff team's, young people, families and professionals.
· Experience managing performance, leading team's and fostering a positive, reflective culture.
*A level 5 diploma in Leadership and management for residential care (or equivalent) or be working towards it.
· At least two years’ experience supporting children and young people, with one year in a supervisory role within the last five years.
· Full UK driving licence and suitable car for work purposes.
This role requires a DBS disclosure.
