Job Description:
The Operations Coordinator will provide operational and logistical support to the entire College staff, the dean, and students to ensure that the College is able to meet the needs of its growing student body. This position reports directly to the dean, and works alongside the coordinators for admissions and outreach, programming, and academics. The person in this position will be the College’s liaison with units and offices across the university in matters related to operations, logistics, and event management. This position is critical to meeting the College’s mission of synchronizing academic affairs and students affairs to offer our students an exceptional overall college experience. Minimum Qualifications:
Considerable knowledge of customer service techniques and problem resolution to address challenges and resolve issues
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and external partners
Proficient skills in using administrative and productivity tools such as MS Office Suite, database management systems, and project management software
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management and documentation
Basic experience with operations management
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information with professionalismAdditional Considerations:
