How You’ll Make An Impact
We’re looking for a Senior Director of Client Development to join our London team. Your mission will be to create win/win outcomes by introducing complex products, highly differentiated solutions into Epsilon and Publicis Groupe's existing portfolio of clients. This is a quota-carrying role where your success will be based on closing business. You’ll report to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and work closely with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, along with key internal stakeholders and external customers. This is a hybrid role based in London (2/3 days per week in office).
What You’ll Achieve
* Use general business acumen to uncover needs, identify opportunities, and position Epsilon’s unique offerings to help clients achieve their goals.
* Drive revenue by navigating internal organizations and building relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
* Deliver customized sales solutions through a consultative and creative approach, addressing client events and goals.
* Manage accounts effectively internally and externally.
* Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers at client organizations.
* Quickly learn and understand the client landscape to address needs competitively and meaningfully.
* Negotiate with internal and client decision-makers for positive outcomes.
* Lead internal resources to prepare and deliver objective-based solutions for clients.
Who You Are
* 5-8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, SaaS, or client management, including client-side, ad solutions, direct marketing, or agency experience.
* Experience with marketing strategy, analytics, media performance, and forecasting.
* Self-motivated with the ability to identify opportunities and market gaps.
* Ability to assess client objectives and formulate strategies using Epsilon’s full product suite.
* Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling.
* Strong strategic planning and business acumen.
* Quantitative skills with understanding of analytics tools.
* Knowledge of marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Effective communication across organizational levels.
* Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
* Proven sales and business development experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
* Highly driven, curious, and proactive in personal development.
