Protocol Education is working with a number of primary schools across Sutton that are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and caring teaching assistants to join their teams from September.
About the Role:
As a teaching assistant, you will:
* Support students in the classroom, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where required
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children (school-based or other relevant experience)
* A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
* A genuine passion for education and supporting children’s development
* Strong communication skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
