Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager specialising in telecoms civil engineering to oversee and coordinate large-scale infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all phases of construction are executed efficiently and in accordance with industry standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead diverse civil projects, utilise advanced project management tools, and contribute to the development of critical infrastructure.
Duties
* Develop and manage detailed project plans
* oversee work packs before co-ordinators permit work
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and project progression.
* Monitor project progress through regular site visits, meetings, and reporting, adjusting schedules as necessary to address delays or issues.
* Manage procurement activities, including tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier relationships.
* Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to on-site at all times.
* Prepare comprehensive progress reports for senior management.
* Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.
Experience
* Proven experience in civil engineering project management with a track record of successfully delivering large infrastructure projects.

* Strong knowledge of Civil telecoms background in organising the day to day running of the teams in the field.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management are preferred. This role requires a dedicated professional committed to delivering high-quality civil projects while maintaining safety standards and fostering collaborative working relationships.
