We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our senior management team at Seamill Hyddro. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure the highest standards of service, efficiency, and profitability. You will work closely with department heads to drive performance, motivate teams, and enhance the overall guest journey.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments are running smoothly and in line with company standards and policies.
* Implement and maintain high standards of quality control and guest satisfaction, handling any issues or feedback promptly and professionally.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of department heads, including those in Food & Beverage, Functions, Housekeeping, and Leisure.
* Creating and managing staff rotas, ensuring optimal manning levels and efficiency across all departments.
* Monitor and analyse financial performance, including revenue targets, to meet and exceed profitability goals. This includes managing revenue streams from food and beverage, accommodations, events, and other services.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or a similar senior management role within a 4-star hotel or large-scale hospitality environment
* Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
* Excellent commercial acumen and a solid understanding of hotel financial operations
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
