A respected, values-led and independent care provider specialising in high-quality, personalised support for adults with learning disabilities and autism is seeking a Registered Operations Manager with drive, strategic vision, and experience in the care sector to lead operations across both Day Services and Supported Living.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all operational delivery across Day Services and Supported Living provisions.
Provide visible leadership, mentoring, and support to Managers and team leads.
Embed a culture of accountability, high standards, and consistent service excellence.
Build partnerships with local Commissioners and Social Work teams; actively promote services and influence new service pathways.
Identify, develop, and implement new service opportunities in response to local needs.
Ensure all services exceed regulatory requirements and align with best practice in adult social care.
Person Specification
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Extensive experience managing learning disability and/or autism services (Day or Supported Living settings).
Strong leadership and change management skills across multiple sites.
Excellent communication skills; able to build trust, solve problems, and inspire teams.
Experience of working with Commissioners, Brokerage, and Social Work teams.
Familiarity with the local care landscape and professional networks is advantageous.
Full driving licence and access to own transport.
