Regional Field Team Manager (LEGO - Working for Powerforce) Full Time, Permanent role Salary : £28,000 to £32,000 per annum up to 15% bonus Company Car Fuel Card Working : Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Territory : Weybridge, Surrey, Kent, Hertfordshire, Norwich & surrounds You will be working for Powerforce to fulfil the role of Regional Manager on our LEGO UK Team You will be responsible for : Managing, training and developing a team of 10 LEGO Brand Ambassadors Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver excellence in call Leading the regional team, instilling a passion for performance and achievement and driving Return on Investment for LEGO Suggesting and developing new ways of working to drive the account forward and strive to be the best in the industry Developing team operating standards – use insight from the field and collected data to drive best practice ways of working and continuous improvement. Embedding and championing LEGO’s and Powerforce’s values across the team and ensure they are lived every day. Establishing a dynamic team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity Ensuring company standard operating systems are embedded across all team members.
