Regional Field Team Manager (LEGO - Working for Powerforce) Full Time, Permanent role Salary : £28,000 to £32,000 per annum up to 15% bonus Company Car Fuel Card Working : Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Territory : Weybridge, Surrey, Kent, Hertfordshire, Norwich & surrounds You will be working for Powerforce to fulfil the role of Regional Manager on our LEGO UK Team You will be responsible for : Managing, training and developing a team of 10 LEGO Brand Ambassadors Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver excellence in call Leading the regional team, instilling a passion for performance and achievement and driving Return on Investment for LEGO Suggesting and developing new ways of working to drive the account forward and strive to be the best in the industry Developing team operating standards – use insight from the field and collected data to drive best practice ways of working and continuous improvement. Embedding and championing LEGO’s and Powerforce’s values across the team and ensure they are lived every day. Establishing a dynamic team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity Ensuring company standard operating systems are embedded across all team members. Performance management and identifying and addressing any performance or conduct issues In order to be considered for the role, you must have : Strong people management experience – ideally within the Retail or Toy sector Proven experience developing and leading a successful team A real focus on increasing and developing sales performance A hands on approach to growing performance and best practice in the field The ability to bring new ideas which challenge current thinking to better the account and field delivery Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions An enthusiastic, can-do positive approach to all things and possess an ability to see the opportunity in all challenges A driven attitude with ambition to succeed and develop within the role Held a full UK (or European) manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months In return we will offer you: Full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential Great career opportunities A fun working environment where performance & success are really rewarded 26 days holiday ( bank holidays) Benefits include: enhanced pension, life assurance, enhanced paternity, maternity & adoption leave Perkbox and Taste Card!
