We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established domiciliary care provider who are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in the care sector who is looking to take on a strategic and operational role, working closely with the owner to continue the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across the business.
* Oversee and support the existing management team, including the Registered Manager.
* Drive business growth through networking, partnership development, and new business opportunities.
* Ensure high-quality care delivery in line with regulatory requirements and company values.
* Lead on workforce planning, team development, and performance management.
* Implement effective systems and processes to support sustainable growth.
* Report regularly to the owner on business performance and development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a senior management role within domiciliary care or wider health & social care.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
* Solid understanding of CQC requirements and the care sector landscape.
* Business acumen with experience in networking and developing new opportunities.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills.
* A proactive and strategic thinker who can drive continuous improvement.
