Finance Manager | Fast-Growing PE backed Hospitality | London
£60,000 – £70,000 + bonus & benefits
We’re supporting a High-growth PE backed hospitality business with a growing Hospitality and Ecommerce operation. The business combines high-quality dining with innovation, and the finance team plays a key role in helping the business make better, data-driven decisions.
This Finance Manager role is a hands-on, commercial position where you’ll work closely with operations, marketing, and people teams to provide insight and support strategic decision-making. You’ll be responsible for reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and helping shape how the business understands its financial performance.
The Role:
* Oversee financial health of Restaurant and Ecommerce businesses, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Take ownership of weekly management reporting packs, partnering with the Data team to deliver actionable insight.
* Support operational teams in reviewing trends, variances, and key performance metrics.
* Contribute to month-end close processes, including P&L review and commentary.
* Provide ad-hoc commercial and financial analysis to support decision-making across the business.
* Support cost reporting and optimisation for food, drink, marketing, and people budgets.
About You:
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with strong analytical and numeracy skills.
* Experience in a finance function (in-house or outsourced), comfortable with core finance processes.
* Confident in Excel and comfortable working with complex data sets.
* Collaborative and commercially minded, able to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* Interest in hospitality, food, and delivery businesses is a plus.
