Job overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Radiographers to join our dynamic imaging team at Worthing and Southlands Hospitals (including the Community Diagnostic Centre in Shoreham-by-Sea, opened in October 2023 and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment).
This is a rotational Senior Radiographer post covering a range of modalities, including CT, General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Dental Radiography, and Theatres. A key aspect of the role is rotation into CT, so applicants should either be CT-trained or willing to undertake training.
The post will be based at one of the main sites (St Richard’s or Worthing/Southlands), but there may be occasional cross-site working across the Trust.
If you’d like to meet the team, tour our departments, or find out more about career development opportunities within our service, please don’t hesitate to get in touch – we’d be happy to hear from you.
Currently the departments are undergoing an exciting transition from traditional on-call and standby arrangements to a fully implemented shift based working model. This change is being introduced to better support service demands, enhance work-life balance, and ensure consistent staffing across extended hours. Further details can be discussed at interview or informal visits.
