We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed administrator assistant to join our Business Support, Finance and Data Team here at Wakefield Adult Education Service. The successful person will be expected to provide efficient and professional administration support, working closely with our Business Support, Data and Finance Manager.
We are looking for a reliable, dedicated and enthusiastic person who:
1. has an interest in business support and data administration within the Adult Education sector.
2. has excellent attention to detail and can accurately input large amounts of data following funding guidelines and protocols.
3. has a friendly and positive manner and can communicate effectively with our staff and learners.
4. can work effectively and efficiently as part of our team but can also work independently using their own initiative to get the job done in a timely manner.
5. has excellent written and IT skills (Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
6. has experience of working in a similar administrative role or is willing to learn on the job to use our data reporting systems (Unit E and Pro Achieve) - however full training and support will be provided to the right person.
7. has a can-do attitude and a willingness to work across different sites when needed and provide business support throughout the year (including Welcome to Learning Events and reception cover)
