We’re preparing for our next stage of growth and will be expanding our sales function ahead of our 2026 market launch.
The Role: Sales Development Representative
This is a future hire with a planned start date of January 2026.
The purpose of the SDR role is to support our go‑to‑market approach, build awareness in key markets, and develop meaningful early‑stage customer relationships.
You’ll be working directly with the founder, helping shape how we introduce Etablone to the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
 * Identify potential customers and market segments
 * Reach out to decision‑makers via LinkedIn, email, and events
 * Generate and qualify leads for product demos
 * Support early product conversations and pilot opportunities
 * Help shape messaging and customer materials as we grow
We’re Looking For
 * Clear communicator who enjoys connecting with people
 * Someone curious, proactive, and comfortable in early‑stage environments
 * Interest in sustainability, meaningful tech, and practical innovation
 * Confidence to operate independently with founder‑level guidance
Experience in sales helps — but mindset matters more than background.
Start Date
This role is scheduled to begin January 2026, with informal introduction and alignment conversations taking place in December 2025.
