At first direct, you’ll provide an exceptional customer service experience as part of our award-winning team. A background in customer service or finance is ideal. However, if you have strong communication and people skills, our Gold standard training program and on-the-job support will help you succeed. This role is suited for those who thrive in busy environments.
In this role, you will:
1. Communicate transparently with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service, confidently and friendly, via telephony
2. Suggest digital services and support banking queries
3. Be self-motivated with high accuracy and attention to detail
4. Maintain professionalism and focus on your own progression
5. Work a mix of home and office days at Leeds or Hamilton, with opportunities to enjoy team amenities like Costa

Working hours may include weekends and late shifts, with shifts between 6am and 1am, up to 9 hours long, with at least 11 hours between shifts. Full-time is 35 hours/week over 4 or 5 days, on a hybrid basis.
Training is office-based, supporting new starters to integrate into their teams.
