? The Opportunity:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead performance marketing strategy and execution across key digital channels—driving traffic, conversions, and lead generation across international markets, particularly the UK, DACH, and beyond.
Key areas of focus:
* Hands-on ownership of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, programmatic ads, and email campaigns
* End-to-end ad account management: strategy, implementation, optimization, reporting
* Close collaboration with international sales and lead teams to align marketing efforts and qualify opportunities
* Partnering with content teams and agencies to promote lead magnets and campaigns
* Working across platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Meta/LinkedIn Ad Manager, bombora, n.rich, and more
? Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies focused on growth
* Continuously optimize paid traffic, bounce rates, and conversions
* Track campaign performance and align marketing with sales pipelines
* Experiment with new campaign formats and tactics to boost lead generation
* Enhance reporting and dashboards within HubSpot

* Strong experience in performance marketing, including SEA, paid social, retargeting, and programmatic
* Solid working knowledge of HubSpot, automation tools, and CRM platforms
