TheClientServicesExecutivewillbedealingwithclientqueriesincludingdaytodayaccountopening,tradingonportfolios,paymentsandlending,andgeneralinvestmentadministratione.g.processingassettransferandchangeofaddressrequests;onlineaccessissuesorquestions.
TheClientServicesExecutivewilldiligentlymonitortransfersofcashandassetstoandfromclientsaccounts;recordingallmoneymovementsonadailybasisandreportingweeklyfunds;
TheClientServicesExecutivewillassembleallnecessarydocumentationforClientMeetings,notlimitedtopresentations/meetingmaterials/reviewdocumentationandconfidentialinformation;
Preparingnewandmaintainingexistingprivateclientfiles,includingscanningandfilingclientdocuments,maintainingthesetothecompanysstandardsandensuringtheyarecompliant;
Data-inputtingintheCRMsystemensuringinformationiscorrectandenteredproperly;
TheCandidate:
Possessaminimumof2years+experience,inasimilarClientServicesorClientsupportwithinanInvestmentManagementcompanyorPrivateBank.
Experienceinclientadministration,ideallyclientpaymentsandupdatingclientrecords.
StrongknowledgeofMSOfficeSuite;
CRMexperienceisadvantageoushowevertrainingwillbeprovided.
