Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a strong HSE focus to join a major Life Sciences project in Grangemouth. This is a site-based position, leading on safe delivery of mechanical and HVAC installation works.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site activities with a priority on health, safety & compliance
* Manage contractors and coordinate construction activities
* Ensure quality and programme targets are achieved
* Drive HSE culture and best practice across site teams
* Proven track record as a Construction Manager
* Strong HVAC / Mechanical background
* Life Sciences, Pharma, or Cleanroom project exposure (highly desirable)
* Excellent knowledge of HSE standards and compliance
* Strong communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
* Mid-Senior level experience
* Contract employment type
* Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is desirable
