Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for: Loughborough University’s Student Accommodation Centre is looking for an enthusiastic Accommodation Officer to deliver outstanding advice and support to current and prospective students—and their parents—on all aspects of accommodation. In this role, you’ll also handle reception duties when needed and play a key part in ensuring our University accommodation achieves maximum occupancy throughout the year. You’ll take the lead on designated areas of responsibility while working flexibly across other tasks as required to meet business needs. The Student Accommodation Centre is an award-winning unit within the University’s Estates & Facilities Department, managing the allocation and administration of accommodation for students. Our work spans catering, housekeeping, and facilities, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who stays with us. The wider Estates and Facilities Management team is a multi-disciplinary group responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the University’s two campuses in Loughborough and London. We deliver a range of services—from capital building projects and refurbishments to compliance and maintenance—while continually improving our estate and supporting sustainable management of land, buildings, and biodiverse landscapes.
