True work–life balance : 40‑hour week (five 8‑hour shifts) Most Saturdays worked (our busiest day) Guaranteed day off during the week No Sunday working What you’ll be doing As a Sales Advisor, you’ll guide customers through their entire BMW buying journey — from arranging test drives and discussing finance options to showcasing accessories and ensuring a seamless handover. You’ll engage with customers in‑store, online, by phone and via video, so confidence with technology and great communication skills are essential.
