About the Role: As the Clinical Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that this organisation meets all statutory, regulatory, and contractual compliance obligations. You will work closely with the Managing Director and be responsible for developing and embedding effective compliance monitoring systems. Your mission? To foster a culture of continuous improvement in quality, safety, and accountability!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures that aligns with Standard Contract Particulars, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
2. Monitor compliance through internal and external audits, including CQC standards and National Health Service regulations.
3. Prepare detailed reports and assurance papers for management boards, committees, and external regulators.
4. Support incident investigations under the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework.
5. Manage complaints in accordance with ISCAS Code of practise for Complaints Management.
6. Design and oversee the internal audit programme, ensuring systematic monitoring of compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
7. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen governance and compliance systems.
8. Foster a culture of openness, integrity, and accountability, encouraging staff to voice compliance concerns.
What We're Looking For:
9. Proven experience in healthcare compliance or regulatory affairs.
10. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
11. Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
12. Excellent communication and organisational skills, coupled with keen attention to detail.
13. Familiarity with GDPR requirements and experience working with Information Governance teams.
