Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
High‑quality audio typing and document production
Managing files, diaries, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties
Coordinating KYC and compliance requirements across files
Supporting billing and accounts processes when required
As a Legal Secretary, your experience will include:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Residential Property or Conveyancing or strong administration/ secretarial experince within a similar industry
Strong audio typing and document production skills
Confident use of Microsoft Office and document management systems
Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities
A precise, methodical approach with high attention to detail
