In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our customer satisfaction, addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring all concerns are acknowledged and addressed promptly. Investigate complaints thoroughly, gathering relevant information and liaising with internal teams as needed. Communicate resolutions clearly to customers, ensuring they feel heard and valued throughout the process. Maintain detailed records of complaints, actions taken, and outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with various departments to implement effective solutions and enhance customer experience. Uphold company policies and procedures while providing feedback to management on potential improvements. Who You Are: Previous experience in a customer service or complaints handling role is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey information clearly and empathetically. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to conflict resolution. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
