The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Partner to join their growing office based in the heart of the West End of London.
Despite the firm having a media sector focus, they have a strong Real Estate department which is recognised by both the L500 and Chambers guides.
You will work as part of a busy and growing Real Estate team. This leading law firm, known for its work with high-profile investors, developers, and corporates. They have a strong reputation in commercial property transactions .
The Role
As a key figure in the department, you will:
1. Lead and expand the real estate team, working alongside top-tier lawyers. You will oversee and assist with mentoring some of the more junior lawyers in the team
2. Advise a prestigious client base of property investors, developers, family trusts, and large corporates.
3. Handle high-value commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and property finance.
4. Negotiate complex leases for hotels, retail, office space, industrial units, and leisure venues.
5. Provide a full-service approach, guiding clients through the entire transaction lifecycle.
