Consents Advisor (Wayleaves / Land Access / Utilities / CPO / DCO) £DOE + Car Allowance + Mileage Hybrid | Field‑based across Basingstoke We're working with a major utilities and infrastructure provider who are looking for an experienced Consents Advisor to secure the land rights and permissions needed for essential network upgrades. This role requires someone who can manage their own patch, and confidently engage with landowners and stakeholders. If you have experience in wayleaves, land access, land rights, utilities, property, rural surveying or infrastructure consents, this is an excellent opportunity to work on long‑term, region‑shaping projects. The role You'll be responsible for securing the consents required for survey and construction activity across the region.
