The Role
We are seeking a Social-First Conceptual Creative to join our growing creative team. This role is perfect for an ambitious creative with big ideas, social know-how, and a passion for sport and storytelling. You’ll work on a flagship global client, helping to shape campaigns and activations that make noise across social, at live events, and beyond.
You’ll be involved in ideation from day one—developing campaign ideas that fulfil briefs, surprise clients, and generate fan engagement. You’ll collaborate with strategists, designers, and client teams to deliver conceptually strong, insight-driven creative across platforms.
We’re looking for a creative who understands what works on social, knows how to build stories that connect with fans, and brings bold, diverse thinking to the table. If you’re curious, culturally connected, and confident presenting your ideas—we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Create original, social-first campaign concepts in response to briefs and proactively pitch new ideas that push creative boundaries.
* Work with the creative and strategy teams to develop and refine big ideas for events, activations, and always-on content.
* Research and immerse yourself in the client’s brand, industry, and fanbase—becoming an expert in their tone, community, and culture.
* Collaborate with designers and writers to bring ideas to life across static, video, and experiential formats.
* Contribute to creative workshops, brainstorms, and pitch development.
* Support on writing creative rationales, mood boards, and presentations to articulate your ideas with clarity and excitement.
* Align closely with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery across strategy, content, and influencer output.
* Stay on top of platform trends and emerging cultural moments to ensure our creative is relevant and forward-thinking.
* Potential to travel for client meetings or on-site activations to support creative execution.
About You
* 1–3 years’ experience in a creative, content, or agency environment.
* Confident idea generator with a social-first mindset and a knack for storytelling.
* Passion for sport, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
* Naturally collaborative, with strong communication skills and a team-first approach.
* Curious, proactive, and always thinking about the next creative spark.
* Ability to balance creativity with clear thinking—translating client objectives into big, platform-ready ideas.
* Strong research skills and the ability to understand niche audiences and tailor creative to fit.
* Experience presenting ideas internally or to clients a plus.
* Any visual design, video, or copywriting skills are a bonus (but not required).
About the Benefits
* Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
* Flexible working environment (hybrid) – 2 days per week at London offices.
* 30 days of holiday per year, plus standard Bank Holidays.
* Access to WePlay Academy Training and external knowledge shares.
* Monthly socials and industry event access.
* Enhanced parental leave policies.
* Mental wellness support on MyndUp, including access to the Calm App
