We’re hiring a Stock and Bond Manager — if you’re a proactive leader with a passion for logistics, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do
* Lead a small, high‑performing team, focusing on development, performance, absence, and recruitment
* Ensure accurate stock control through effective system use and collaboration with Transport and Warehouse teams
* Manage all duty payments and customs reporting, maintaining strong relationships with HMRC
* Analyse inventory variances, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions
* Maintain stock integrity and minimise contractual stock loss
* Ensure all documentation and reporting complies with SOPs and local regulations
