About the role Setting high expectations for all students. To manage and coordinate the day-to-day processes of positive behaviour strategy To communicate, support and challenge behaviours and attitudes of children in the academy. To assist with the operation of lesson removal, seclusion, inclusion, suspension and reintegration of students in the academy Working with students, staff, and families to enable students to flourish in school life. Fixed Term role for 2 years, 37 hour per week, 41 weeks per year role About our Academy At Malcolm Arnold Academy, we ensure that all colleagues are able to draw on the sources of scholarly authority and reservoir of thought and practice that have been developed within their specialist areas.
