We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join Norgine.
Core Responsibilities:
Through continuous improvement identify opportunities for improving the Application and associated Technology that Norgine has already invested in to deliver year on year improvements. The scope covers all M&S applications from integration through to middleware and applications. Data lifecycles will be captured through the business processes and business rules must also be elicited and documented in the process flows to ensure that each step of the process is fully understood such that it can be standardised to allow for improvements and ultimately automation.
This role is customer facing and you should be able to communicate change and improvements through all level of IT and M&S.Working closely with CI initiatives across site; including major expansion projects to ensure the continued delivery of product to customers. Being qualified to work in GxP environments. Deploying changes in an Agile yes compliant manner to derive improved benefit.
Supporting and mentoring Support member of staff to increase their knowledge and confidence. Having in depth knowledge with all processes in the M&S function.

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : KPIs
Primary Responsibilities
* Remove technical debt, by adopting functionality reviews for efficiency and effectiveness. Remove redundant applications and automate processes to maximise throughput of manufactured product.
* Track business improvements through KPI's such as OTIF, Quality Defects and OEE.
* Refactor and upgrade applications to ensure their continued 'Fit for Purpose' and resilience.
* Support the Product owner with a list of improvement opportunities by interacting with customers to understand the IT needs through a collaborative community through involvement, connection, and informed communication. Ensure that communication flows are in alignment across all M&S sites.
* Working alongside the Product Owner for M&S deploy changes to derive further benefit from the Investment that Norgine has already made.
* Provide support and testing during upgrades to ensure a segregation of duties.
* Improve the efficiencies and agility of changes such that year on year more improvements are being delivered without compromising compliance or quality. Use metrics to prove that increased volume and value is being delivered.
* Identify existing or potential gaps between the expected business requirements and IT performance levels to drive a positive business outcome. Ensure that these are prioritised between business and IT. Prioritise the identified IT opportunities based on their importance.
* Alongside Suppliers act as an SME to support the implementation of bigger changes to ensure that they are implemented in an Agile compliant manner to derive Business benefit.
* Agree, then create with Management and Quality Create pre-approved method of change documentation that identifies the level of risk that is appropriate to allow appropriate changes than can be deployed without a change request or business case.
* Evaluate the impact of IT deployment (products/services) on the business. Compare pre and post development performance,
* Using the appropriate portfolio management tools ensure that forecasted demand for IT services is appropriately documented. Continuously forecast and determine accuracy.
* Working with the support desk to understand trends and Business issues that can be resolved by changes to the Application and Technology that supports it. Plan and deploy changes to address these identified issues.
* Working alongside the Product Owner convey improvement opportunities to the business and IT services. Leverage the results obtained from performance metrics both from within IT and the business to identify and recognise any opportunities that would improve or enhance the efficiency of the business and IT. Communicate these opportunities in order for the improvements to take effect.
* Working alongside the Product Owner record the limitations in IT application and infrastructure architecture that may hinder expected performance or growth in the business.
* When deploying larger changes ensure no negative impact to the user community. Assess threats and potential failures related to the deployment of IT services/solutions. Defining the schedule for implementation of change. Plan and carry out a process or procedure to implement the predefined changes.
* Determine requirements for implementation of IT deployment. Carry out a pre-implementation audit to assess the impact and use case. Gauge the possible vulnerabilities and impact the business operations during and after the implementation. Plan and align user testing and resources. Create and manage employee training programs by considering the need and availability of these programs. Manage all aspects related to the training programs.
* Liaising with Product & Process Owners, Digital & Data Team, Users, GBS, and other members of IT / Vendors review and update processes to remove system issues.
* Manage, create and maintain up to date process / system documentation, to meet the requirements of documentary evidence for processes relevant to the Business Units. This will include the product catalogue and IT roadmaps.
* Coordinating change implementation in IT services and solutions communications with employees and stakeholders.
* Actively communicate to stakeholders and function when change is coming. Plan out the deployment of IT Change. Train out resources as required. Input into Periodic Review.
* Mentor support staff to provide methods for installing releases on client users. Verify change/release implementation success Confirming that the release has met expectations.
* Ensure each change has a known plan to return to the previous operating state if the change/release impedes operational expectations.
* Ensure compliance to Norgine policies and procedures at all times.
