We’re now looking for a guest-focused Bartender to join our team and deliver drinks and service with flair, consistency, and professionalism. Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines to brand standards Engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Managing bar prep, garnishes, and stock rotation ahead of service Keeping the bar area clean, organised, and well-presented Handling payments and operating tills accurately Supporting the FOH team to ensure smooth service across the restaurant and events Following licensing laws, health, and safety standards at all times What Do You Need? Previous bartending experience in a quality-led bar, restaurant, or hotel Knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits, with a willingness to learn more Excellent communication and guest interaction skills Ability to stay calm, professional, and organised during busy shifts A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences Why Join White Rabbit Projects?
