About the Role
We are partnering with a dynamic and fast‑growing organisation in Newbury and are looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Managing Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a part‑qualified accountant with substantial experience who is looking to develop within a creative, fast‑paced industry. Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decision‑making, and driving performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
* Assisting with financial reporting and month‑end close activities
* Partnering with non‑finance teams to provide financial insight and analysis
* Monitoring stock, margins, and cost performance across retail channels
* Supporting process improvements and system enhancements
* Assisting with audit requirements and statutory reporting
About You
You will be part‑qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) and actively progressing with your studies. Having approximately two years of experience in a finance role, ideally living close to Newbury and the surrounding areas, you should be proactive, driven, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
