We are building a Store Renewal Squad to support our refit project, which involves renovating and refreshing some of our stores nationwide. The initial focus will be on our South East and South West England stores, on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Your base store will be Tewkesbury or Woodcote Green, and this role is field-based, requiring frequent travel across the UK.
While refit experience is not mandatory, it would be advantageous. The role involves manual labor, so flexibility and teamwork are essential. You will work under a Project Lead and alongside a large team to support the execution of the refit plan.

About Us
Founded in 1865 by James Dobbie, Dobbies is the only garden centre retailer with stores in every UK nation. Our passion for gardens and plants is reflected in our products, concessions, and services. We promote garden living year-round.
Many stores feature a restaurant or coffee shop for a relaxed customer experience. We host events and have a charity partner, engaging colleagues and customers in fundraising.
