Dispute Resolution Locum Solicitor – Cover in the South West
A highly experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor based in the South West is seeking a locum to cover his caseload. This is a great opportunity for an experienced litigator to step into a busy and varied workload on a temporary basis.
The role:
* Cover a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including:
* Inheritance Act, Will, Probate & Trust disputes
* Landlord & Tenant disputes for agents and landlords
* Property-related disputes
* Personal injury claims
* Advising on settlement agreements in employment matters
* Commercial litigation experience is a definite plus
* Manage cases independently while maintaining the high standards clients expect
* Liaise closely with existing teams and clients to ensure continuity of service
What we’re looking for:
* Solicitor with significant experience in dispute resolution/litigation
* Confidence handling complex and high-value matters
* Strong communication and client-handling skills
* Ability to step into an existing workflow and provide immediate support

* Locum assignment covering one individual
* Flexible duration (to be agreed)
