Hampton Care Home is a spacious, purpose-built home in the London suburb of Hampton, providing high-quality nursing, dementia, palliative and short-term care for up to 76 residents. Set across three floors with generous ensuite bedrooms, dedicated staff teams and secure landscaped gardens, the home offers a safe, supportive and welcoming environment designed for comfort, dignity and quality of life.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for families, providing expert guidance with warmth and professionalism.
* Conduct engaging, personalised tours of the home, showcasing our facilities, services, and community.
* Build and nurture local networks to connect families to the care they need.
* Collaborate with care and management teams to coordinate assessments, admissions, and contracts.
* Support marketing initiatives, community engagement, and local partnerships to raise awareness of the home.
* Track and manage enquiries effectively, providing insights to improve conversion and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
* A confident, warm, and professional communicator with a natural ability to build relationships.
* Experience in sales, customer service, or family liaison roles; care sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* Strong IT skills, with confidence using CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
* Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to deliver results.
* Excellent local knowledge of Hampton and surrounding areas is a bonus.
* All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
