We're looking for: BRIC Group Worker (Drug and Alcohol Service)
Salary: £25,704 (equivalent to £14.13 per hour) | 35 hours per week | 9.30am start

About the Role
As a BRIC Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting people affected by alcohol or drug use. You'll be running recovery groups and activities, helping individuals to build confidence, develop healthier lifestyles, and reconnect with their communities.
No two days will be the same, you could be supporting someone with practical challenges like housing or budgeting one day and leading a wellbeing activity the next. At the heart of it all, you'll be helping people to make positive and lasting changes.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in working with people affected by substance use - either professionally or through lived experience.
* Skilled at running groups and creating safe, supportive spaces.
* Compassionate, resilient, and driven by a belief in people's ability to grow and recover.
* Confident working with a caseload and using technology to stay organised.
* A qualification in Health and Social Care, or substance use support (or equivalent experience), will help you thrive in this role but isn't essential.
