You will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development within the department and be actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, selecting and counselling students.You will have a track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning whilst possessing up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery, as this is essential in inspiring and engaging our learners throughout their time with West London College.
