Our client, a leading business in their field is seeking a Business Intelligence and Systems Analyst to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking to add a Business Intelligence and Systems Analyst to their team, working closely with the wider team to help shape how the organization uses data in order to drive performance. You will help design, develop and optimize business intelligence solutions for internal platforms, ensuring processes are mapped, analyzed and streamlined. The ideal candidate will have a minim of 5 years’ experience in a similar Business Intelligence Analyst / Business Analyst role. Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with stakeholders in order to understand business needs and define reporting requirements * Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and data sets * Map workflows and document processes * Validate data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources * Maintain documentation including process maps, gap analysis and user stories * Assist with ad-hoc SimPro day-to-day support duties * Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Key Experience: * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar BI Analyst / Business Analyst role * You will be an analytical individual with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail applied at all times * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions * SQL expertise and experience for querying and analysis * Proficiency with Power BI including data modelling, DAX and Power Query * CRM experience (SimPro highly-desirable) * Knowledge of process improvement This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a thriving business who are leaders within their field.
