About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, providing outstanding service across our food and drink venues. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Working days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide bar and table service, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
· Work as part of a team to maintain our high service standards.
· Ensure cleanliness of bars, restaurants, and front-of-house areas.
· Adhere to licensing laws, food hygiene regulations, and company policies.
· Accurately handle cash and follow key security procedures.
· Respond to guest complaints professionally, following company policy.
