Key Account Manager | IT Distribution We are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to help grow and strengthen partnerships within the IT reseller channel. This role focuses on developing strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and increasing share of wallet across a portfolio of high‑potential accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow relationships with MSPs, VARs, and IT E‑tailers, identifying new revenue opportunities. Drive upsell, cross‑sell, and alternative product solutions across the full hardware and services portfolio. Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM updates. Deliver timely quoting, order management, and customer communication. Lead regular engagement through calls, QBRs, and face‑to‑face meetings. Work closely with Purchasing, Support, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience. What You’ll Bring: Proven success in internal sales or account management with consistent GP achievement.
