Your role will be key in helping every child succeed and thrive! Role Accountabilities: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons. Support students in their social, emotional, and academic development. Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils who require additional help. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Uni students are encouraged to apply. Help with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and lesson preparation. Role Requirements: Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a school environment. A true passion for education and a strong desire to see students succeed. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with teachers and students. A recognised TA qualification (Level 2 or 3) is desirable. The ability to adapt and support various learning styles and classroom dynamics.
