Salary: £33,000 - 33,000 per year Requirements: We require strong experience in software testing and quality assurance environments. We require ISTQB certification or an equivalent recognised testing certification. We require proven experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments. We require in-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, processes, and tools. We require experience designing and implementing test strategies across full project lifecycles. We require the ability to analyse complex problems and recommend effective solutions. We require strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We require experience managing multiple priorities and delivering to tight deadlines. We require an understanding of quality assurance frameworks, governance, and compliance standards. We would prefer experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in a customised or bespoke environment. We would prefer exposure to test automation and defect management tools. We would prefer experience testing CRM or enterprise business systems. Responsibilities: We will have you delivering end-to-end testing across projects and service releases. We will have you design, develop, and execute test cases, scripts, and regression packs using structured methodologies. We will have you conduct functional, systems, integration, regression, load and stress, and user acceptance testing. We will have you support testing activities related to a bespoke Microsoft Dynamics 365 system. We will have you work closely with Agile delivery teams and participate in ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. We will have you specify and develop business process test scenarios to improve user outcomes and efficiencies. We will have you record, analyse, and report test results, defects, risks, and issues to stakeholders. We will have you maintain defect registers and ensure traceability between requirements and test cases. We will have you support quality management and assurance activities, including audits and compliance checks. We will have you collaborate with teams to develop and improve testing standards, processes, and tools. We will have you provide specialist QA advice across IT services and project teams. We will have you assist with supplier evaluation and tender processes where required. This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham, with an average on-site presence of once a month and flexibility required.
