As General Manager You’ll
* Recruit and train the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond through operational and leadership development.
* Coach your team to be passionate about the products, build brand affinity, and provide customers with the right range, quality, and service to keep them coming back.
* Lead trade activity, using your expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
* Deliver and sustain business change plans and resource‑planned activities, ensuring optimal staffing and continuous problem‑solving.
* Ensure the unit adheres to internal systems guidance.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients and partners.
* Prioritise the safety of your colleagues, ensuring the unit always trades legally and that the team uses all available security tools.
