The Opportunity
As an Audit Manager, you'll take ownership of significant client relationships, lead complex audit engagements, and play a key role in developing the next generation of talent.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a variety of sectors
* Leading audit engagements from planning through to successful completion
* Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and key decision-makers
* Reviewing and overseeing work completed by Seniors and Assistant Managers
* Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members
* Collaborating with Partners and Directors on strategic and advisory projects
* Driving audit quality, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* 3+ years' post-qualified experience within practice
* Strong technical audit and financial reporting knowledge
* Experience managing audit teams and client relationships
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
* Ambitious, driven, and motivated to progress within a Big 4 environment
