The Credit Controller will be responsible for:
5. Managing customer accounts and chasing outstanding payments.
6. Resolving invoice queries and maintaining accurate account records.
7. Monitoring payment activity and agreeing repayment arrangements when needed.
8. Issuing statements, reminders, and related correspondence.
9. Following credit control processes to support healthy cash flow.
10. Producing reports and escalating issues where appropriate.
11. Working closely with internal teams to resolve queries.
12. Supporting wider team activities as required.
The successful Credit Controller will possess the following:
13. Proven experience in a credit control or sales ledger position.
14. Sound practical MS Excel and Office 365 experience.
15. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
