Are you an experienced sales professional eager to lead and drive expansion, with a detailed knowledge of the Home Builder or Property sector? Do you have a track record of success in generating new business and closing deals with key industry players? TwentyCi specialises in providing Home Mover data for marketing campaigns and insights. We are on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager to assist with our continued growth and success. What Will You Do? As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business relationships with home builders at local, regional, and national levels. You will proactively generate your own leads using traditional prospecting methods, supported by our unparalleled UK property market datasets. These insights provide a compelling and differentiated entry point to engage prospective clients. You will take full ownership of your client portfolio, including creating audience counts and proposals, as well as managing bookings and end-to-end campaign delivery. Who Are You? You're a sales professional with a knack for identifying, developing, and closing self-generated business opportunities. You consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets by proactively generating leads, targeting mid-tier accounts, and uncovering new sales prospects. You're a persuasive communicator capable of delivering compelling presentations and proposals tailored to diverse client needs. You have extensive experience engaging with key decision makers and adapting your approach to suit individual targets. You have previous experience in and extensive knowledge of the UK property market. If this is you, and you're ready to take on this rewarding role, we want to hear from you! What's In It For You? We have a pool table in the office, but that's not really what you're looking for, right? Yes, you'll get holidays (25 days plus bank holidays), plus your birthday off, and a pleasant office environment with a nice breakout area, tea/coffee/water provided, and all that normal stuff you'd expect. There's a salary, naturally, between £40,000 and £45,000 for this role depending on the skills and experience you'll be bringing. For this position there’s also an uncapped commission scheme with OTC of £12K. You also get to work with a good-natured, good humoured team of geeks, nerds, data scientists, marketers, administrators, finance people, sales people and people-people. There's a life outside of work and we encourage you to make sure you achieve the right balance between the two things. We've also taken the time and effort to implement wellbeing stuff, like a confidential 24/7/365 helpline for all our colleagues to get advice and support when life gets a bit tough, and an app with helpful wellbeing content. We work on a hybrid system balancing time in our Milton Keynes office with working from home when appropriate. You do not need to be located close to Milton Keynes in order to apply for this role - we’re just looking for the right person with the right experience. So, you should be able to relax and enjoy inspiring work in an atmosphere which challenges you to use and develop your skills, around people who may become friends not just colleagues. Sound good? Then drop us an application and we'll be in touch.
